[Resolved] Samsung India — Unethical behaviour | |||
I had a problem with my airconditioner 2 months back.i lodged a complaint and it took 5 days of hot summer days to replace me with a compressor which was covered under warranty (only god and the service centre knows if they really replaced it with a new one or replaced it at all ). again 2 months later i have a faulty compressor...thanks to samsung..i am enjoying the hottest summers to the full.i again lodge a complaint with the same service centre ...they come verify it and say its the compressor again and blame the company for sending faulty replacements.i literally beg them to please speed up the process and help me with the process.its been 4 days i lodged the complaint and i was promised that it would be fixed today...then again after repeated calls all i get is a nasty reply from a cheap indescent fellow at the service centre that i can have my unit set up only tommorow because he declares me as a nonlocal just because i live in a place may be 25 kms apart.and the worst worst thing is he is dare enough to warn me not to call back and even if i do that call will not be attended to or their phone will stop working...what kind of a service is this????i have read a lot in their company home page about the ethics, the professionals at samsung follow regarding customers...i believe i am one of "THE CUSTOMER"..i regret buying any samsung related at all...henceforth i am going to learn from my mistake and will never ever have any samsung product because of the worstest of the worst service they offer and the people they employ, who dont even respect the customer.but still i keep writing all this because, i couldnt just ignore their promises regarding their relationship with the customers..really hope atleast a few of them will live upto them Was this information helpful? | |||
