[Resolved] Samsung India — Washing machine | |||||
I bough washing machine and these year, one of its parts got damaged. I placed request with customer care executive. However, I have not received any response since last one month. There is misunderstanding between customer care and service center. Service center is claiming that product is out of warranty and customer care is saying product is within warranty. As per records available with me, product and request placed is within warranty period. My reference id is [protected]. I have lodged first request on 21 August 2016 and today it is 23 September 2016. Within this one month, I have called customer care and service center multiple time. However, I just get promises for resolution and no resolution has come to me yet. I request, please look at my request, Was this information helpful? | |||||
