Samsung — issue in service in spare of split ac

We had purchased samsung split ac last year, there was some problem, we placed a complain to samsung service station in Sasaram with complaint number [protected]. After several follow ups they replaced component named PCB, and charged 2500/ for same, but still ac is not working, also no one is listening to our calls from last 3 days. It has become very difficult in this summer, so pls help to rectify the same.
