Samsung — LED TV - Display faulty

TV model UA46F100 was purchased from M/s QRS Trivandrum on 17/01/2014. TV has 1 year warranty and 2 years of extended warranty. The t was registered with SAMSUNG on 01/08/201 under complaint No. [protected]. A technician inspected the TV on 03/08/2015 and noted all details. Since then there is no action from the service center. Kindly do the needful at the earliest to get it serviced at the earliest.
