[Resolved] Samsung — Lodging complaint against Samsung washing machine | |||
Dear Sir, purchased an automatic samsung washing machine WA 82 VSL (SL NO- W1035ZCS802557J) on 16th NOV 2009 from ROY VARIETIES, LAKE CHOWMUHANI, AGARTALA with 60 Months warranty. Now suddenly on 8th April 2014 the lower rear circuit of this machine caught fire while in operation. Samsung service center at AGARTALA (RAFCO) received the WASHING MACHINE to repair on 10th APRIL 2014 but not responding now & also not accepting warranty card bearing 60 months warranty.
