Samsung Mobile — Defect piece | |||
I have purchased samsung galaxy grand prime 4G phone on 28 september 2015 from Reliance digital, Nacharam. After two days i observed it was a defect piece as the flash was not working.When i click pics the phone was getting restarted. Then i took my phone to samsung service center at Tarnaka the phone software was updated and was handed over to me, but to my surprise the camera was still not working. Then the samsung service center informed me as it was defect peice and it was not even a week that i purchased so they would try to replace the piece. And today after 10 days when i called they said that the phone cant be replaced. And they will try to repair the phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
