Dear Sir/Madam,
I Nikhil Neema, a Samsung Mobile Phone Customer.
I had Purchased SamSung Mobile Phone Galaxy Grand 4G Prime on 31st August'15 @ INR 11, 900 and Since Then I am Facing Issue with The phone.
It very often shows "Emergency Calls Only" even when Network is Full.
First I thought there was issue in network and Sim Card, Then I changed Sim Card first, problem still persisted then I took this matter with my network service provider.
Network Service Provider has convinced me that it was neither an issue of SIM Card neither an issue of Network.
I had first made several visits to Nearest Customer Service Centre nearby.
It’s very annoying and disappointing that I am suffering due to poor Customer service and faulty device of SamSung.
This in my opinion is sheer lack of professionalism and on top of that torture & harassment to me.
In that Case, I would request you to refund my money back and, as there are service issues, technical issues, delay in service from your side, as in INR 12000 there are other options also available in the market for me. Or Replace the handset ASAP by visiting at my place.
I would request you to please look into this matter and take proper action so that such cases does not arise in near future with any genuine customer.
