[Resolved] Samsung — mobile hanging problem

i am facing hanging problem in my samsung mobile from 4 months it was hang during i use any application and then start another application or any incoming call came mobile hang automatically.for this problemafter that i have to pull the battery out and restart the mobile. i met a samsung care in raigarh for this problem they resolve but problem yet came in 4 days.
