Delighted to purchase a Samsung note 3 Neo product on 01/01/2015 but on 26/01/2015, Exactly 26 days from my purchase date my handset turned off and took it to an authorised Samsung service dealer and suprised to hear that my mother board has to be changed and asked for a repalcement and been informed replacement can be given only within 7 days of purchase period and it will take 5 working days to change the mother board. I am depressed of buying a product like this who are not confident on their own product just giving 7 days replacement warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchased a samsung S5 and have had heating issues with the phone. The temperature of the phone goes upto 47 degrees. I have submitted the phone 3 times to the service center but the have not been able to resolve the problem.
