Samsung Mobile — Non-receipt of Promo code

Dear Sir, I have purchased Samsung A5 mobile through SBI Credit card on 21 Apr 15. Samsung agent told me that if i buy A5 mobile using SBI Credit card Rs. 3000 will credit in Paytm (i.e. Rs. 500 each month) and also he told me that first promo code will come in Paytm. I have not received any promo code message in Paytm so far. On receipt of this mail please do the needful. Thanking you, (Y Srinivasarao)
