Samsung Mobile — Non repair of handset under warranty | |||
I have samsung grand prime which I bought 6 months ago. I used always original accessories with my phone but now it's headphone circuit has been damaged. It is an internal part of my phone and service centre is not covering it under warranty. Samsung is very ridiculous company and every time they have some excuse to not to repair phones. I want to know why a internal part is not covering under warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
