Samsung Mobile — Not getting any response from customer care. | |||
I have submitted my mobile on 10.08.2015 at samsung service center ---System & Services for sim card tray problem. But they started threatening and harassing me to receive that mobile with the same problem. Then i talk to customer care they are just asking for 24hrs from 20 days but they are not able to replace my mobile. Bill no. [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
