Samsung Mobile — Phone hank

I have a Samsung galaxy core prime mobile purchased in January 2015.. which hanks a lot. When there is call incoming it is just unable to pick it up...I want that company should take a quick action against this issue...and if the company suggests me to take the mobile to the customer service then it will take much time and then also it could not get perfect...and finally the mobile becomes useless...so take a quick action..It is a request...Make it fast...
