[Resolved] Samsung Mobile — Problem in new phone purchased | |||
Sir i have purchased a new phone grand prime 4 g.i have purchased from reliance digital store gurgaon on 18 october 2015.I bought the set on cash on bring back i foud error in touch screen and the phone was hangging.i gave it back to shop from where i purchased .They told me they will sent to samsung service station and they will check there.if they foud the problem they will repair or give a new set.after 5-6 days when phone came the problem was still there they are telling that the phone has no problem, but the manager of the shop(Reliance digital store) i s telling me the problem is there.aftet that they again sent it to samasung service station.the problem is not yet resolved.Now i want my money back I am feed up with the process.on giving full cash i am suffering from phone problem.so please sir help me in getting my money back.I purchased the phone in the name of my wife shalini srivastava Was this information helpful? | |||
