Samsung Mobile — Request for replacing mobile | |||
Hi...i m Bhagyashri I have purchased a Samsung Core 2 mobile on 8/1/2014. From the day of purchase It was Problem with the call log. Since my grievance was not completely solved, I approached the shop again and they asked me to take up the matter with Samsung care Service centre at pimpari.Service centre reported software issue with the set ([protected] )-19 june 2015, ([protected])-23 july 2015, ([protected])23Sept 2015, ([protected]) 14 oct 2015, ([protected]) 30 Oct 2015.I request to you sir Plz replace my mobile under warranty after send mails and calling up the customer care i got call asking for the repair but not sure if the product will wok as before hence when i asked for the replacement of the mobile customer care representative are just OK to say no and are happy to inform that to go ahead for the case on court just lost all my hope on the brand and will surely file a case against the Was this information helpful? | |||
