Dear Sir, I shashikant panchal am purchase the mobile J1 series at[protected] . Display is broken at home. we took mobile to showroom and samsung gallery not support us. but mobile is in under insurance scheme of october and attached below detail . Show room and samsung body doing only email not supporting. Iam look you the repalcement or display repair done you. Please help me to do this by tomorrow. On the same day we registered the one assist app in the customers mobile as per the ppt & the apps was registered. After few days the customer came to store with physical damage condition of the phone which he had purchased with us. The customer said when he tried contacting the customer care as well as Samsung service center they replied him that the phone is not yet registered in the system & asked the customer to visit the store from where he has purchased it.
