Samsung Mobile — Samsung s6 edge screen cracked

Hi i bought a samsung edge6 plus a month ago the screen automatically cracked. I went to samsung service center for the same. No one helped me. They asked me to call service center.. they kept on saying someone will come to pick ur phone. But no one came for last 3 days. I want to file a complaint on samsung and if necessary i want to file an official complaint with the consumer court. My complaint number with samsung is [protected]
