Samsung — Money not refunded for Refrigerator | |||
Hi Team, This feels really sad to share a pathetic experience I am having with Samsung. I bought a refrigerator on 18th of January. But the refrigerator itself has manufacturing defect in it. The technicians confirmed it and Service Centre took the refrigerator with them saying the money will be refunded to me within 10 days. But here the actual problem started. Its been 25 days since then and they are not paying the money. Inspite of escalating my ticket([protected]) everyday, they are not even replying to me. I need my money back ASAP.
