Samsung — new refrigerator not working properly | |||
I am chandrasekar from erode city..i have purchased samsung refrigerator on 07/04/2015. on that date of purchasing itself refrigerator not working properly. no cooling and no ice formation in freezer. i booked complaint to service center. they came after a week (very poor customer service) and refill the gas of the refrigerator.. on 28/04/2015.. but with in a month again refrigerator not working.. . no responsible from samsung seevise and customer care for my complaint.. ( ID no.[protected]) now i learn lesson about samsung product and their customer service.. why should they spoil customer money with the failure products.. kindly arrange service to rectify the problem of my new refrigerator.. i asked what is the meaning for 10 year warrenty for that refrigerator.. do needful service at the earliest.. pls...
