[Resolved] Samsung — no replacement of earphones | |||
I brought samsung earphones 5 months ago and unfortunately they were not working properly so i visited the service center last saturday i.e. 18 october my earphones were checked and found that they were not working properly so they told me that new earphones are not in stock and will arive on monday and i will recieve a call from them i didn't recieve any call so i visited again on this saturday. They again asked me to get them checked and after checking i was told that 19-20 ka farq hai sabme hota hai .now what should i do ? I want their replacement. And want to bring iit to notice that many people are dis-satisfied from their service.
