Samsung — Non Installation of TV even after 10 days | |||
Docket No [protected] Dear, I purchased 48 inch LED TV on 14 jun 2015 in Ezone Vadapalani, Chennai with request for wall mounting. The same has not been done for the 10 days even after repeated calls made to service agency . The reply from them is very not in proper terms. They are always giving some excuse for not installing the TV. This is not how a customer is to be treated by your agent. Request your kind intervention. Was this information helpful? | |||
