Samsung — not received my phone after servicing from last 2 months

I gave my phone for putting new display screen on 1st April 2015 and also paid 7000/- INR for that in GLOBAL Services, margao, goa . Since last 2 months i haven''t heard from them and they have not serviced my phone yet. I will raise this issue to higher authority if i don''t get my mobile back in 2 days and also want to claim compensation for the mental harassment i am going through.
