Samsung — Offers not delivered by the Company with its Samsung S6 Edge | |||
Dear Sir I purchased Samsung S6 Edge on 11/06/15 from M/s The Digital Shopee at Allahabad [UP]. While making the purchase I was informed by the samsung consultant at the dealer about the following offers: 1. Double Data Offer from Airtel on the purchase of S6 which is mentioned on the samsung promotional leaflet. 2. Reward points Worth Rs 1600 through 'My Samsung Reward' app on the mobile for which I could Buy the cover for the mobile. Regarding the Above I complaint to the customer care [Ref Id [protected] / [protected]] but no solution received. Rather on insisting to talk to some Sr. official I receive a call from Mr. Amit Kumar Singh [Team Lead - Support] and asked to file the complaint in writing through their web stie www.samsung.com/in - contact us. I did the same and provide scan copy of the purchase Bill and the leaflet showing the scheme of Double Data Offer on the cover. At the same Time i wrote to the CEO desk through the same link and received a call from mentioning that They shall look into the same and my grivence is getting forwarded to Sales Department to resolve [Ref No [protected]]. The SMS received on 15/7/15 stated that the grivence has been resolved but in reality I have neither received the said offer of the Double Data from AirTel nor The Reward Points Till Date. Now I feel cheated by the company and feel that what so ever the company States behind its Brand is All an eyewash. I want you to intervene so that other customer should not get into the trap.
