Samsung — Pathetic Experience with New Full HD 40" TV 5500

Dear Sir/ Ma'm I had purchased a new Samsung 40" Full HD Tv on 25th March 2015 and till date i am facing problem in using Smart Tv option Skype. The TV get offline after every 18 minutes and i have to reboot the Television, despite complaining at the service support centre and even the engineer visited at my place the problem still persists. Despite the fact that i had called up the engineer he is unable to resolve the issue neither he is providing the details of the senior's. I feel like throwing the TV set out of my place. Over and Above they have mentioned to click the link to email to the CEO office but the same is disabled on the Samsung Website. Model No UA40H5500 My Contact Details are [protected]/ [protected]
