Samsung — Phone still not working properly

THE phone is countinusely hanging and its beeing auto on off, the phone was purchase on 22/5/2014, the phone was having soo much problem, so we have given it to the service center on 28/8/2014 the receipt no :- [protected], then also the phone was not working properly so we have again given to service center on 30/10/2014 the receipt no :- [protected], then also the phone was not working properly 3rd time we have given on date 28/11/2014 recipt no :- [protected], 4th time on date 8/12/2014 recipt no :- [protected], 5th time on date 27/2/2015 recipt no :- [protected], , , , total we have given the phone to service center 5 times, then also the problem is not solves, , plz replace our pice other wise we have to complain to consumer court ...we want the reply within 24 hours its an last warning ... name :- dharmendra sharma, , , mobile number:- [protected], ,
