[Resolved]  Samsung — Poor quality hardware ( LED TV Screen )

I purchased a 40" LED TV from authorized dealer of Samsung "Dhamani Enterprises", Raipur (Chhattisgarh) vide receipt no. 2481 dt. 24.09.2011 . Just after one & half year dark band appeared on panel/screen. On contacting Samsung I was advised to change screen. On payment of Rs. 19162.00 vide Tax Invoice no. 13514 Dt. 11.06.2013 to their service center the screen was changed. Now just after passage of one year and three months the same problem i.e.dark band is appearing on screen. On making complaint with Samsung customer care center ( complaint reference no. [protected] ) their technician examined the TV and intimated that the screen/panel is required to be changed . I again contacted Samsung for changing the panel free of cost or atleast on reduced cost, but on 04.01.2015 I have been informed that I have to pay the full cost of Panel i.e. Rs 21500.00. This is a clear case of poor quality hardware, but Samsung is not accepting this and advising me to pay full cost of screen. This is highly disgusting how one can change the screen LED TV every year.
