Samsung — Poor Services | |||
I have bought a Samsung note 3 mobile on 5th Jan 2013 and hardly used the same for few months . Since beginning my mobile is getting heat-up extremely that I can’t even hold it in my hand. I have sent many emails and did so many calls to your call centre but till today there is no closure for my query. Nobody is able to identify the nature of the problem so how will they resolve it. It is a hardware fault I guess . I am into IT line and phone is a life line for me. I also carry my important mails contacts and data on the phone. If it was a software fault I could have agreed for the software update. Since, it is a manufacturing defect so it has to be replaced. I am looking for a quick action either by replacement with a new unit or complete refund my money. However if I am remain unheard from Samsung for 2 more days I will be forced to buy a new mobile phone from my own pocket and all my losses will have to be borne by Samsung through court.However, I am very happy with the services you have offered to me and thanks for treating me like a valuable customer. Overall I think I did the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing Samsung. I will never recommend anyone to purchase Samsung in my lifetime. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very poor services by samsung . I have submitted my handset on 14th march in samsung care . And now today is 2nd april . I didnt receive my handset . When i called on toll free numbers of samsung getting a bad response with a answer that this is the case of head departerment we cant help u, But we have arranged a call for u . For the last 4 days i m hearing same wording, and the amazing thing is that they didnt call me . And the best one is that there is no rply for the mail also . And the service centre manager didnt call me a single time to tell me the status of handset . Again and again i m calling . My complaint number is [protected]. All samsung services are of this type ? . Or samsung india is unique for there services .
