[Resolved]  Samsung — Poor servicing during warranty period

I Purchased a Samsung Tv model UA32J5100ARLXL on 19/6/2015 from 9 may 2016 morning it will not switch on and i complain the same on 10 may 2016 referrnce no [protected] on that day a service engineer named sooraj came to my check the tv and said the board is damaged and wants to change the same and it is on the warranty period and he says replace within 3 days without any cost but nothing happend then i mailed CEO samsung about the same on 17.05.2016 about the same complaint(Ref [protected]) the next day one Kartik from Samsung head office call me and inquire about my complaint and finally says that my complaint will settle with high priority .But after 8 days is gone no solution will made .Today i call the service center kollam they said the part will not came to them .I Want to Know that Are Samsung Company Cheating a customer whose product was in the warranty period .no solution occur so far .Then CEO office mailed solution will occur within 3 days on 28 of may i called Kollam service centre they said the part will not came so far when i shouted they said they check and call me but no call then i contact again that time they said the part come but i pay money because the board is gone by lightning i said there is no physical damage and no lightining occurs but they cut the phone .This is actual chaeting a customer
