I AM A DEALER IN COIMBATORE. I RECENTLY SOLD A MULTI FUNCTION PRINTER MODEL SCX-3401 . THE PRODUCT IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD. THE PRINTER HAS THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS : 1. PAPER JAM OFTEN - SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN MACHINE - SOLVED 2. VERY LIGHT PRINTING - YOUR TECHNICAL PERSON CAME AND SUGGESTED TO CHANGE THE TONER WHICH DOES NOT COVERS UNDER WARRANTY. Customer not willing to buy a toner which cost approx.Rs.3000 .Happened during the 7th month from date of purchase. Now the printer is lying in my office or I have to bear the cost of toner.
