I am really disappointed with product quality of a brand like Samsung when find the my phone outer body''''s color (polish) faded within such a shorter period.

As recommended by Samsung''''s customer support team I visited service centre Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) but they told same not being covered in warranty.

Please advice where should I approach now to repair/replace damaged part of phone.
