Samsung — Quality of LED TV | |||
Hi I purchased the Samsung LED TV on June-2013 for the price of 38, 000 + by loan, Within 5 months I got a problem in TV regarding Display on Nov-2013. I called the Service Center and inform about the problem. They sent the engineer and replace the Panel. After the Warranty period completed. I got the same problem on Jan-2015. When I inform about the problem, they are asking me to pay Rs. 13, 500 for replace the display panel. Quality of Samsung TV is worst, within the 1Years and 6 Month, I got the same problem for twice. But they are asking me to pay Rs. 13, 500. I ask them to do the Free Service or provide the discount. They told they will not do. I need to pay 13, 500 for repair the TV and will provide the 1 year Warranthy. I asked him what about the same problem repeat after 1year. They told that, for electronic devices, quality will not be assure and also they said in the world any electronic manufacture will not provide the quality assurance.
