Samsung — Received a fake Samsung 32GB Microsdhc Card Class 10 with SD Adaptor

I purchased Samsung 32 GB Micro SDHC Card Class 10 from www.ebay.in on 04-Nov-13. Seller ebay id is elante_one, and he shipped a fake/unauthorized item. And also he did not ship any valid invoice bill for the same. The packing of the product was faulty. The card did not work from the day I received. I contacted ebay regarding this issue, and I was told to contact Samsung authorized service personnel. I contacted samsung service center where I was told that without a valid invoice bill warranty cannot be claimed and nothing can be resolved. Again I contacted ebay, they told to contact seller directly. I tried to contact the seller on phone and through ebay mailing, but of no use. The seller did not response to phone call and emails.
