Samsung — Refrigerator not working properly. very poor cooling

We purchased the Samsung RT33HDRZ fridge on 16/8/2015 .Vide Bill no.[protected] and delivered on 18/08/2015. From reliance mart Tirupati-517501 AP. Nobody attended for demo and installation. We installed and worked for a week. Then from 27/8/2015 cooling has comedown, on 27/8/15 evening by 8pm I informed over phone to Reliance mart, Tirupati. Till now nobody attended. We request the Samsung authorities that we lost the confidence in this product.please exchange with the other one.

Updated by hameed shaik my refrigerator is totally not working . only fan is blowing. There is no cooling. Noboday from samsung is attended since friday 27/8/15. I demand the samsung authorities to replace the fridge immediately.
