[Resolved] Samsung — Refrigerator not working with ice cube and water dispenser | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased Samsung Refrigerator model RS21HUTPN1/XTL on April 2014 with help of Bajaj Finance Service. I have raised the complaint(number - [protected]) as on 3rd October 2014 due to ICE cube dispenser not working. They have sent service engineer to resolve the issue on 8th October 2014. He has replaced the valve which is supporting to dispense the ice cube and water due to failure of that part. He told that the ICE cube form after 24 hours. I have waited till 48 hours and ICE cube and water dispenser were not working till date. I have talked with Samsung service engineer but he told that the part is replaced. If it is not working then raise new complaint.I contacted the Samsung customer care and explained the issue. They have committed to me to send the service engineer. But till no service engineer come to resolve the issue. Here are the details whenever i contacted the customer with whom.
