Samsung — Regarding my brand new mobile problem. | |||
Hello Team, This is regarding my mobile samsung galaxy core prime. I Purchased mobile on 4 April 2015. From the day one mobile is giving problem. Sometime network issue and sometime camera not found. i visited your rajpura samsung service center they said this issue is belong to software. we need to update the software. They update the software but again issue is not resolved. After that they said issue is with main board we have to replace the board. i submitted the mobile rajpura service center. After 3 days i received my mobile from service center then i come back to home. i checked my mobile issue still same. then i go back to service center and asked issue still pending. Now they said we have to replace again board and camera. I am harassed from the service. 4th time they update the software and main board the also replaced. This is my new mobile and within month is giving so many problem. Now i dont want to replace the part. i want to replace the mobile or refund my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
