Samsung — Regarding problems frequently in my Samsung core 2

I have purchased Samsung core 2 set on. Just after purchasing the same I have been facing so many problems. First of all problems in its speakers I can't hear voice of caller clearly 2nd camera is not working properly 3rd in course of charging battery is getting heat. I reported to authorised customer services at dhanbad twice but they failed to rectify it's problems. Even after survicing the screen of the mobile set is coming out. I am just fade up please do something immediately
