Samsung — Regarding Split AC 1.5 ton Inverter series | |||
I opened a service request [protected] for servicing my Spilit AC 1.5 Ton inverter series to customer care that was a free service and at that moment my AC was working fine and confirmed by your engineer. But after a week when i again try to use my ac it was not working and again i call customer care, and register a complaint. Next day when your engineer checked my outdoor unit, it explain me that, rats enter my outdoor unit and cuts the wire. so i asked him how it was done. so he explain me that one of door in outdoor is remained open and not closed. Now i asked him to fix this issue but they told me that it will be chargeable. Now please let me know is it my fault if someone from your team is making an negligence and i need to pay a huge amount for that.
