Samsung — regarding the customer care service

i buy a new samsung e5 on the 8/april/15. suddenly my phone slip my hand to a bucket of water after that phone was switch off(i think dead). then i goes to samsung care services in Laxmi Nagar Delhi and i told all the issue to the samsung engineer. he told me if you fix this phone that's the approximate cost around 25000. i says that phone value just 16000 then he said go and buy a new phone i'm able fix this phone. i don't know why the samsung hire that kind of non sense engineer. they don't know anything even they are talking with me very rudely. i am very up set with your services.i think i did a mistake to buy a samsung phone. Thank you. vikas sharma
