Samsung — S6 reboots automatically

Went to the service centre within 7days as phone was rebooting automatically once a day but the service centre refused to replace the phne..they say unless they record it getting reboot a new piece cannot be given.. I think the replacement policy is ahoax to attract cutomers..Nobody likes to replace a 7 day old phone..it is only after some serious problem faced that once takes leave from office and goes to the service centre..seriously unhappy with the new s6..
