[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung 410l Premium Segment Fridge | |||||
Dear Sir, We have purchased a 410 l Premium Segment Fridge which is under warranty. After 6 months we noticed that there is water leakage in the Fridge Section . We lodged a complaint with the Service Center. They visited and advised that the cooling is ok not ready to acknowledge the Water leakage. After that none of the calls we opened were dealt with. They simply closed the calls. We raised this to higher authorities in Noida, they assured us that this will be dealt with. Same thing happened with them also. All the time they are just saying cooling is ok and not saying about the water leakage, They have done all the work with our new fridge, purging with Nitrogen, refilling the gas.. Still not able to resolve the issue. Now they have stop responding to our calls. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
