Samsung — Samsung cheated on me.

Hi My name id Debleena Dutta . I brought a Samsung Galaxy TAB3 T211 on september 2013. But on 18th July 2014 my tab got switched off suddenly I don't know how. On 19th of july I went to Samsung service center . But replied me that I have to provide 5000k due to my mother board dameged . I don't understand why should I pay ? But they replied that they have found liquid in it. But I stored the tab into my home only . How they find any liquied . Hi All


After wasting of my 1 week samsung people relied me that they are not going to give any discount in my TAB repair .

Is the way samsung people work?


They are not even opened the phone in front of me .
Its frustrating experience with samsung . I am not going to buy or recommend samsung product any any more .

With regards to your complaint for the TAB (SM-T211) purchased on 12.10.2013, we wish to inform you that upon inspection of the device by our service centre the Mother Board on the unit needs to be changed.
As the TAB is Liquid damaged, repairs would be provided on chargeable basis, we shall ensure that the repairs are carried out by our senior engineer to ensure your satisfaction.
We do apologize we would not be able to discount the repairs, the repair charges will be applicable as per the estimate shared with you by the service centre.
We would request you to please reply to the email in case you wish to have the repairs carried out on chargeable basis, so we can have the same expedited for you.
