Dear sir/madam, I would like to inform you that I have raised the Complaint My LED Tv Problem Automatic Switch Off Problem We have taken Samsung LED 32 inch, Now LED TV is automatic switch off problem We complain about the same in Samsung customer centre about 3 days ago, In spite of many reminders, they give the same answer that engineer will come tomorrow. What to do now, At the time of taking, Samsung and shopkeeper tell us they give us best service and after taking, they treat us like go to hell. I Know there is little hope here but i expecting that issue will be resolved soon, This problem identified last 2months onwards, i have raised the complaint 11th Feb 2015 our Online service employ, I will call him to our company call center employs. He saying every day today before 8pm our service engineer call you, But nobody as call to me.
