This is with regards to my Samsung led television model no. UA32ES5600 which I had purchased on 31/10/2013 from Hyper city Malad branch. First of all it is very sad that your company does not called their customer for extended warranty. Now because of which I had to pay a huge penalty. I had purchased this television along with my friend he got the call for extended warranty but I did not. Now the problem is the television is having some kind of a problem which never have comes up before. The picture get mixed up and blur screen get greenish some time lines comes up, when we change the channel the previous image is seen in the screen for some time. The faster the motion on the screen the blurrier it gets. I had complained this to Samsung authorized dealer and a technician was arranged accordingly. After checking the television according to the technician my led screen was defective and he gave me a quotation of Rs. 18000/-. But after sometime the television started working fine again I asked the dealer to kindly refund the service charges as my television was fine and i felt that I was being cheated by the Samsung authorized dealer. Later after working properly for one month the television is again having the same problem. This has happen many time it get this problem and than automatically it get resolved. Now it is clear that my television tube is working fine, if it had any problem than it would not have got resolved it should have continuously shown us the blur screen. Now I need to get this resolved. Whom should I contact I have lost faith in your authorized service dealer as they are trying to missguide. Even I need the extended warranty how should I get it, as it was not only my fault it your company challenge also to provide the after sale services to your customer. I had invested 30k in this television and after one year it's tube has such problem, led has longer life than any other television this is what we had heard from sales team. As far as with regards to my above complaint, after not a single reply I started looking for options I got a mechanic TV repairer who gave me warranty and was ready to take the challenge. I gave my TV to him he changed one IC which is in the panel and now my TV is working as good as new. Samsung people gave me estimation of 17000/- and I got it resolved just for Rs. 7000/-. Believing Samsung was my mistake the product is as good as china product and their service centre are more worst. Go for LG, Sony and if not Haeir, Videocon, BPL, Micromax, VU and there are more options available in the market.
