I purchased one 32 GB SD card of Samung make XOOOEXUQIH for Rs.745/- from amazon.in online (Order ID[protected] Invoice No.MH-BOM[protected] dated 28.08.2015 which was delivered on 08.09.2015. After storing some data. the card could not retrieve the data .On contacing amazon.in customer care they told time for refund/exchange expired on 18.09.2105. As per their advice, I contacted samsungf customer care., who in turn given two samsung Sd card service centres contact Number at Kolkata. however, the first one No.[protected]M) [protected] reported they are presently closed. on contacting samsung another customer service centre Balaaji Service (M)[protected], by making physical visit, they found the SD card defective after check up and advise for replacement. They are found reluctant to acknowledge receipt of the defuntc SD card instead return the SD card saying there is no arrangement of giving acknowledgement.
