Samsung — Samsung mobile and Worst service Centre Experience | |
Dear Friends,
Myself Pravin Daund From Dombivali Mumbai. I got samsung grand 2 on november 2014 and within one year my mobile screen got clashed without any reason.
About Service Centre Dombivali East ( Unique Telecom)
The timing written was from 10 - 8 pm outside office When I went to samsung mobilse service centre dombivali 1st day I went at 7.50 pm. They told me that shop is closed I said ok I'm late.
2nd Day I went to service centre at 7 pm. Again I was told that Shop is closed for recieving mobiles. You can come at morning 10 am.
The person incharge Mr. Sandesh Vedre was there to attend me who also gave me his card the mobile number given on card was also not correct and was showing please check the no. They treat us like goverment office.
Why we should buy this kind of phone which will have problem so soon and such a worst service centres? I will prefer go to repair shop and pay money for repairing rather than going again and againg to such service centre. Was this information helpful? | |
