I am priya tiwari and i have purchased a mobile samsung galaxy j7 and order name is Ankit Tiwari & contact no is [protected], [protected]. my mobile has charger jack problem and lcd white problem. i have order this mobile on[protected]. i have submit this mobile halwasiya hazratganj lucknow samsung service center on 27 july 2016 but the servic center is not giving any response . i have tried many times calls and they said to me only give me few weeks 15 days always. my hanset model no is SM-j700f and seriel no is [protected].my job sheet no is [protected].
