[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung not giving replacement after several probles in 6 months time | |||
I purchased Samsung Note 3 cell from Chroma Surat on 5th April 2014. It started giving problem from the month of August 2014. I had given for servicing. They replaced LCD and Vibrator. I asked for replacement but Samsung told if the problem occurs again they will replace it. Soon after 10 days again it started the same problems. I have given it back. Now they replaced mother board. But still not replacing the cell. Again same promise that if any thing goes wrong they will replace it. I dont understand why i should use factory fault handset which had so many problems in just 6 months time. I have attached the picture of service report in which they had replaced LCD and Vibrator. Now they claim they have replaced mother board. Just imagine in six months time all the major parts are replaced. And it clearly indicates that it is having factory fault.
