I have purchased below said model TV on 02.11.2013 and after completion of 15 months, Now I amfacing the problem of blackline on the display. I have reported this issueto Samsung Authorized service centre and thelocal samsung engineer has attended the complaint . He recommended to change the Panel and therepair charges would be Rs 20, 000/- . Such a branded TV should not fail within 15months. I amnot satisfied for your recommendation of to spend Rs 20000/- to repair this TV. Plrequest to consider this premature failureas a manufacturing defect and repair theTV on free of cost.
