[Resolved]  Samsung Service Center — bad repair and no response

Address:Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

This is regarding service center which has charged me Rs. 6110 for LCD replacement. I have Cash Receipt Book No. 91 CR No. 4515 Dt. 06/01/2014.

After a week, It is same the way it was, it hangs, LCD doesn't respond. Center incharge Mr. Rajan is not responding, mostly out of center and doesn't respond phone calls. Staff also adviced me for new battery order, to which later they informed that they cant arranged due to exhausted limit of the center.

Service Center details: M/S JMD Services 98, Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad.

Please help and get my phone rectified.
