Samsung Service Center — Brand New Samsung E7 - Defective Piece

With regret i am drafting this email to your notice. I have purchased a brand new Samsung E7 mobile from Aashish telecom-Borivali Bill No: S15/288 dated:[protected]Item Description: SM-E700HZWD-WHITE) with 1 year of Warranty. After 10th Day on[protected] i started facing problem while charging said Mobile, i was unable to charge the mobile as it was giving continuous error that "CHARGING PUASED. BATTERY TEMPRETURE IS TOO LOW". On[protected] i visited the Samsung Service Center at Borivali. The Service Executive told me that Mother-Board of the phone needs to be replaced as it was not working properly and that will take 2-3 working days. After not receiving any communication from Samsung service center for 3-4 days i called them and asked about the status of my phone, they replied it is not done yet. After that i visited the Center again, there Ms. Dipti(Manager of Service Center Borivali) told me that while replacing the Mother-Board the Screen of my New brand Phone was damaged and they dont have the new screen at their center and again asked me to wait for more some days ahead of that they assure me that they will call me but i had received Zero communication from them. Then I decide to call to the customer care to inquire about the actual status of my phone, they also asked me to wait for 2 days. After two days when i again called them they said it is ready but when i checked with the Service center they said no it is not ready yet. After Losing my patient on[protected], i called the customer care again on [protected]/[protected], there 1 of Samsung executive told me that he has escalated the issue to the higher ups. Then i received the call from 1 of the head of the Samsung he took Ms. Dipti (Manager of Samsung Service Center Borivali) on concall where she said the phone is ready and will be given to me by 8pm at Borivali office. I don't understand why they have taken so much time to just replace some major parts if the phone is in warranty... in fact the Samsung Service center people used my phone more than i used after taking a new brand samsung mobile and after paying full Market price, Phone is in warranty i m getting this kind of worse service. Above all of that, I finally received my phone from service center and after asking about the issues of my mobile, Ms. Dipti told me that Mother-Board was perfect and there was a problem with the Charging port that they have changed. Further she assured me that i will not face any problem hereafter and if problem persists then feel free to call me. Now I am in very Big SHOCK... 5 days after receiving my phone, i faced same problem with my phone. I really dont know what is going on. I am fed up just wasting my time in talking to Service center people. I earlier also requested them to Just give me letter to issue new Brand Mobile phone if you people have damaged my phone while replacing as i have purchased and paid full amount for the same just 10 days back on[protected]. This is very Bad and Worse service from Samsung a brand company. Now i don't want to submit my mobile again to service center people and waste more days ahead. I JUST DONT WANT TO REPAIR THE MOBILE, I WANT A LETTER TO ISSUE NEW BRAND E7 MOBILE PHONE AS A REPLACEMENT. THATS IT. REGARDS: YOGESH DHAMANE [protected]/[protected]/[protected]
